the shoebox house is available for sale

Why, you may ask, is this remarkable house being offered for sale?

First… we have the bug. Building this project was interesting, challenging and fun. We would like to do one more building project.

The second reason is we would like a more rural life.

The Shoebox house is well located in the city of Santa Fe, just a few minutes from the Plaza by car. There is also a bike trail near the house that can be used to ride or walk into town.

Living in this house is dream-like. There are mountain views from the main room and great New Mexican light fills the house. There are many other unique and remarkable details.
